Heartless?
Don’t they know I have a heart?
Don’t they know that, that heart is breaking with every step they take
Away from me?
Don’t they know my emotions run so high it plays in the heavens
And forgets to come down
That my heart is so sensitive that it runs and hides from others
Don’t they realize that my heart is beats only for their love
And sometimes it skips a beat?
Don’t they know my heart is so fragile
That it built a wall around itself
Don’t they know that I love so hard that I forget to say “I love you”
Don’t they know that my emotions are so strong that I have to bottle them up
Keep them from overflowing
Don’t they know that I love them more than they love me
More than I love myself
More than life
